A list of items I’ve come across recently that I found potentially useful, interesting, or just plain funny:
- Topsy – Claims to offer real-time search for the social web – certainly seems good for historical Twitter searches (via Jack Schofield)
- Future Perfect – Grammar tips to improve written communications
I find Topsy as a great tool for twitter conversations. You won’t be able to gain its use unless you install it on your website. With Topsy, users are able to provide comments on blog posts easily as long as they have a twitter account, and owners are able to track this conversations which really helps tracking conversation data and a lot more.
To be clear, it’s useful! and it’s better than tweetmeme.
That’s a different use for Topsy that I haven’t tried – just as a Twitter search engine, I found it pretty useful (and fast).
