Garry Martin dropped me a line to let me know that (finally), the Sysinternals troubleshooting utilities have been rolled into a suite for download from the Microsoft TechNet website. Furthermore, this 8MB download is free of charge.
I am using a script from Martin Zugec to keep an up-to-date archive of these utilities. It can be found at http://msmvps.com/blogs/martinzugec/archive/2007/11/11/auto-update-script.aspx
Do keep up… :-) Sysinternals Suite has been going pretty much as long as they’ve been part of Microsoft!
